Export control You may not download or otherwise export or re-export any information, materials, or software except in full compliance with all United Kingdom and other applicable laws and regulations. In particular, but without limitation, you may not download or otherwise export or re-export any information, materials, or software into any country or to any person embargoed by the UK Government. By downloading the information, materials or software, you agree to the foregoing and you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any such country on any such list. Updates The materials, including press releases, at this site may be out of date, and Dolphin Sealants Ltd makes no commitment to update materials on this site.
Payment & Contract
On-Line card transactions allow immediate payment.
Please note that other orders placed are only paid for when payment is actually received which varies according to the payment method used e.g. allow 10 days after banking personal cheques, allow at least 14 working days from posting your cheque. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you are not satisfied with an item once you've received it, return it within 14 days of the date you received it for an exchange or a refund. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Send the item(s) back to us together with your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and details of the items you are returning, the reason for returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please insure the package with the delivery company and request a proof of delivery or signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible if your package is lost by the delivery company. ANY ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION! We will not accept returns if they are used or damaged! If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been used or damaged it will be sent straight back to you and you will be billed for the shipping. In short, you must return the item exactly as it was when you received it. In certain instances we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, for example if you order the same item in four different sizes and return three of them for a refund. The restocking fee is equal to 30% of the value of the returned goods, we will notify you in writing of our intention to charge a restocking fee and give you the opportunity to exchange the goods instead.
